   at Villa Maria, a retreat center in Frontenac, MN

    It was a cool damp day and we painted with gloves
    with the finger tips open. It was actually sleeting.

I've been drawn to this little lake near my home. I used some
of the principles taught by Andrew Wykes. If you look close, you can see some of the lines inscribed into the half finished painted to give myself a better idea of the relationship between shapes within the painting.
